In Primary, the kids have been learning about the Savior. This last Sunday, the primary president was showing different pictures of Christ and she asked the children to think about how they would feel if they had been there. That has been on my mind, and when it was time to prepare a Home Evening lesson I wanted to expand on that. I decided to show the movie "The Testaments of One Fold and One Shepard" AWESOME CHURCH FILM. It was a little long but with popcorn and milkshakes it wasn't to bad. :) Actually, by the end, there was a sweet feeling in the room and I shared my testimony of my savior and how I would feel to be in his presence, and the children each told me how they would feel. Jacob said, "I don't know why, but I feel like I'm going to cry" I told him when you feel the spirit sometimes it's a crazy feeling and it makes you want to cry because you are so happy... Cute kid!!
Jacob also came up to me after the movie and said "Mom, when I grow up I want to be a prophet...or maybe a missionary, BUT if I can't be either one of those, I just want to be rightous" Such a sweet boy...I just love him to pieces!!
