Bekah went to play at her best friend Campbell's house today. The Wicke girls got a new vanity for Christmas equipped with lots of makeup. It's Bekah's new favorite thing when she goes to play. Well, when I went to pick her up, this is how she looked!!
What do you think... Makeup Artist in her future? (And no, those are not black eyes, although it does look like it) After I took her picture she looked at it and said "Mom, I scary!" (she wouldn't let me take anymore pictures of her after that) It was too funny!!
I caught the boys walking home from the bus stop in this awful windy weather, they were walking right past our house. I called after Adam and he said "Oh, there's the house!!" They could hardly see through the blowing snow and freezing wind, they kept their faces buried in their coats. Any one want to move to Iowa and join us?? :)

Love the make-over, love the weather, of course I would love to come back and not be trapped in a house with anyone's kids, been there and done that, but never for more than one snow day, just the eternal afternoons and evenings.

I'm laughing with tears in my eyes. Too funny that they were passing the house. I would say you have all adapted very well. Yes we will come - but we will wait till March. From my memories of Iowa, that may not be much better, weather-wise.
